There are many reasons to have your carpet, upholstery, and tile and grout cleaned:
*Health- Carpeting, fabrics, and tiled floors not cleaned and properly maintained have the potential to cause a variety of health problems inside the home or work place.
*Life of your carpet- Carpet life can be greatly extended by simple routine professional cleaning.
*Appearance-Cleaning maintains the original look and luster of your carpet, when regularly scheduled. (Carpet manufacturers recommend having your carpets cleaned every 6 to 18 months depending upon use.)

Do you move furniture?
Yes, we will move and replace small furniture to its original position. (By request [and $25/area fee] we will move sofas, loveseats, reclining chairs, dining room tables and chairs, etc.) We place a small plastic sheet under all furniture with metal slide tabs.
*We will not move musical instruments, grandfather clocks canopy styled beds, full china hutches, full bookshelves, T.V’s, entertainment centers, pool tables…etc. Our technicians reserve the right to refuse movement of any piece of furniture or household object that they do not feel comfortable with.
How long will it take for my carpet or furniture to dry?
Our dry times for carpeting range from 2 – 12 hours, but 24 hours should be allowed, as dry times can be affected by many factors including weather, humidity, and airflow. For most upholstery our dry times range from 2-4 hours but can be affected by the same factors as carpeting.
Are the products you use safe?
Yes, we use only the best cleaning products in the world. Carpet manufacturers like Shaw and Mohawk endorse these products, as does the IICRC. This allows us to guarantee the highest quality cleaning available. Our products are: nontoxic, safe for pets and children, biodegradable, and phosphate free. (The IICRC is a non-profit organization that certifies and sets the standards for inspection, cleaning, and restoration.)
What's the difference between Hot water extraction and all other methods of cleaning?
Hot water extraction (steam cleaning) removes all materials applied to the fibers during the rinsing and extracting stage, some other cleaning methods may leave cleaning materials in or on the fibers.
Will you remove all my spots?
First, let’s define the difference between spots and stains:
A spot is any foreign material (soil, liquid, etc.) that IS removable by standard cleaning methods; the foreign material is on the surface or around the carpet fiber. A stain is foreign material (soil, liquid, etc.) that is NOT removable by standard cleaning methods; the foreign material has penetrated deep into the fiber, and has changed or damaged the fiber itself. Some stains may be very difficult or impossible to remove.
Should I have a fabric protector applied after cleaning?
Yes, most carpet manufacturers recommend that you reapply protector after professional cleaning to restore the original stain resistance.(Some require it to maintain the manufacturers warranty.)
